The number of tickets available for Members in certain high-demand presales is capped, so we can’t guarantee that you’ll get tickets for all the shows you want.

However, we send Members booking tips for festivals such as Meltdown to give you the best chance of of securing tickets for these events.

Joint Membership Plus means you can share all the benefits of Membership with another named person who lives at the same address as you. You both get a Membership card, you can come together or independently, bring a guest each to the Members’ Lounge, and both get free entry and can bring a guest each to the Hayward Gallery.

You have a right to cancel your Membership within 14 days of entering the Membership contract. To do so please email us at [email protected].
