How to redeem your Membership
Received a gift Membership? Lucky you!
- Head to our Membership webpage via the button below
- Find your Gift Membership level (£80: Membership, £110: Membership Plus or £176: Joint Membership Plus) and add a one-off payment Membership to your basket.
- At the checkout, input your unique activation code from your gift Membership package into the ‘Apply gift voucher or credit voucher’ section.
- Once your gift Membership is redeemed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Membership number. This will arrive within a day of redeeming your Membership and also includes tips on how you can start using your benefits straight away.

Gift Membership FAQs
Gift Memberships can be redeemed at any time within 12 months from the purchase date.
The recipient will have access to the full range of benefits for 12 months from the date on which the Membership is redeemed.
Gift Memberships bought via our website are delivered by email as soon as you complete your order. You will receive a second gifting email within a day of purchase that you can forward onto the recipient with all the details on how to redeem their Membership.
