Wanda Sykes has been entertaining audiences for more than 20 years and has ranked among Entertainment Weekly’s ‘25 Funniest People in America’.
Alongside several Emmy Award wins, she has been nominated for numerous other Emmy Awards, including two for her Netflix special Wanda Sykes: I’m an Entertainer (her sixth stand-up special), her role as real-life comic Moms Mabley in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, her voice work as Gladys Murphy in Crank Yankers and a guest-starring role on ABC’s Black-ish.

An exclusive box package is available, which includes:

This event is a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories is not permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories are secured in individual Yondr pouches that are opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices are re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

The Royal Festival Hall is home to our largest auditorium as well as The Clore Ballroom, National Poetry Library, Members’ Lounge, Festival Bar & Kitchen, Ballroom Cafe and Skylon restaurant.

Access
We’re working hard to remove barriers, so that our facilities and events can be accessible to as many people as possible.
All help points, toilets, performance and exhibition spaces at the Southbank Centre are accessible to all, as are the cafes, bars and restaurants. We also have excellent public transport links with step-free access.

Food & drink
On Level 2 of our Royal Festival Hall you can grab a slice of life by the Thames with drinks and freshly made pizza at our Festival Bar & Kitchen which opens out onto our Riverside Terrace. You can grab a coffee and a slice of freshly made cake from our Ballroom Cafe. Or alternatively enjoy destination dining in the restaurant at Skylon.
From coffee to cocktails, filling favourites to fine dining, plus some of London’s best street food – it’s all here at the Southbank Centre.
