Uncovering Careers in the Arts: Schools Day
This event has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Spend a day at the Southbank Centre, and introduce your students to the behind-the-scenes careers across music and visual arts.
Looking to get your students thinking about their next steps? Want to show your pupils the different arts jobs that are out there?
Our Uncovering Careers in the Arts day for schools demystifies the behind-the-scenes jobs that your students may not have considered, or even know exist.
You’ll discover how our production team manages gigs for some of the biggest names in the industry, and how the Hayward Gallery teams work together to host world class exhibitions.
The day aims to open up careers to young people, boost their confidence, and show them opportunities to get involved in. Students will take part in fun workshops to develop key skills and learn about careers with industry professionals.
For teachers, the day aims to boost your knowledge related to arts careers and young people’s opportunities to take back to your schools.
With generous support from the Rothschild Foundation.
