The Rest Is Politics: The Special Relationship

Sat 5 Sep 2026, 1pm

Goalhanger’s top political voices unite for an afternoon of debate, analysis and disagreeing agreeably.

The Rest Is Politics hosts, writer and former politician Rory Stewart and journalist-turned-strategist Alastair Campbell, team up with their US counterparts from The Rest Is Politics: US. They join Katty Kay, US special correspondent for the BBC, and Anthony Scaramucci, former White House Director of Communications and Wall Street financier, for their first ever full-length show together.

They assess the headlines, dive into deeper conversations and answer your questions.

This is the ultimate show for anyone obsessed with Goalhanger’s political podcasts.
