She Built That: LEGO Dance Workshops
Kids are invited to learn dances and show off their best moves at free workshops this summer, with the chance to feature in a kids-only music video.
Children can join one of six free sessions with lots of LEGO building fun, as well as the opportunity to learn a dance routine to the soundtrack of The LEGO Group’s ‘She Built That’, a vibrant celebration of girls’ creativity (and a remake of Run-D.M.C.’s iconic track ‘It’s Like That’).
A first-of-its kind music video will then be released showcasing some of the attendees’ awesome dance moves.
These dance workshops celebrate and empower young girls as part of The LEGO Group’s ‘She Built That’ campaign. This new initiative from The LEGO Group encourages girls to redefine and reclaim what it means to be a builder and celebrates their creativity.
Kids can also visit a LEGO Friends paw-some summer party pop-up on the Queen’s Walk at the Southbank Centre, with loads of fun activities taking place, including hair styling, crafts and photobooths.
Influencers including Brooke and Jessie, Trend Kids, Starr Kiely and Laurie Elle join the two day LEGO takeover. The LEGO Dance workshops are delivered by ZooNation.
The LEGO Group is an official partner of the Southbank Centre’s families programme.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. Latecomers may not be admitted. If you do not check in at least 15 mins before your session begins your ticket may be released to allow others to take part in the session. If you do show up late we will endeavour to add your child to the session but cannot guarantee this.
There is an area for accompanying adults during the sessions, and you are required to stay nearby to supervise throughout the session. Each child should be accompanied by one adult.
