Rushil Ranjan & National Youth Choir: Khwaa-ish
Experience a new choral work by the acclaimed composer, blurring the lines between Indian and Western classical music.
Vocal music has long been central to spiritual and religious practices worldwide, and its the inspiration for this new work by critically acclaimed composer and Royal Albert Hall associate artist, Rushil Ranjan, which has its world premiere tonight.
Written for the National Youth Choir and leading British-based Indian classical artists this work explores how diverse cultures access divinity through the human voice.
