The Royal Philharmonic Society Awards celebrate the inspirational role that classical music plays in our lives, shining a light on treasured and unsung musical heroes across the nation.
For classical music lovers, it’s a chance to rub shoulders with big names, and discover artists and initiatives sure to inspire you.
A night of fun awaits, with star guests and surprise musical acts. Guests are invited to dress in celebratory style and stay on for the after-show festivities.
The Royal Philharmonic Society is one of the UK’s foremost musical charities. With help from the public it has created opportunities for musicians to excel for over 200 years, and champions the vital role that musicians play in society.

The Queen Elizabeth Hall building is open to ticket-holders only on the day. There will be photography and filming taking place at this event for Southbank Centre marketing, fundraising and communication purposes. The Queen Elizabeth Hall is open from 90 minutes before events start until they finish. It’s closed at all other times.

We’re working hard to remove barriers, so that our facilities and events can be accessible to as many people as possible.
