Dance along to remixed traditional Arabic music and high-energy anthems from emerging Arab women, non-binary and trans DJs.
Expect high-energy house and disco sounds mixed with darbuka drums, mahraganat and raï and your favourite music from South West Asia and North Africa and the diaspora in this outdoor performance on our Riverside Terrace.
Habibti Nation is a community, collective and club night showcasing underground electronic music from SWANA and the Arabic-speaking world with a focus on women, gender-nonconforming and trans artists.
Established in 2021, they have a monthly show on Peckham based radio station Balamii, a nightlife residency at the Yard Theatre and have consistently sold out parties at venues such as Corsica Studios and curated events for AWAN Festival and Bethlehem Cultural Festival.
They also run DJ workshops for women, gender-nonconforming and trans people from the community, to inspire more to DJ.
