Grief Rave
Welcome to the Grief Rave, a space to let go and dance out all intersections of loss, led by Annie Frost Nicholson, Carly Attridge and Linett Kamala.
The Grief Rave invites anyone and everyone to shake out their day, to dedicate a song to someone or something they may be missing – from a personal bereavement to a breakup or a few minutes of releasing some political rage, pain or fury in these ever complex times.
Led by Annie Frost Nicholson, Carly Attridge and Linett Kamala, the first woman to DJ at Notting Hill Carnival, the trio invite you to show up as you are, bring what you have and let go of it together, for an afternoon of catharsis in a time when we need it most.
Grief Rave was conceived by Annie Frost Nicholson and Carly Attridge (The Loss Project) in 2022. The duo ran their first Grief Rave at The World Trade Center as part of a collaborative installation, The Fandangoe Skip, and since then have run them all over the world, reaching thousands of people.
