Free-Form Movement Workshop

Join wellness practitioner and Little Simz’ bodywork specialist Ayanna Birch for an experience designed to reconnect you with yourself and your surroundings.

This restorative session weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, group reflection and grounding practices, offering space to slow down, release and reset.

Guided by intuition and led with care, Birch creates a space for people to move freely, feel deeply and explore their own rhythm for personal growth. Her sessions invite participants to reconnect with their body as a tool for expression, release, and self-awareness.

As Little Simz’s bodywork specialist on tour, she helped refine physicality and wellbeing for high-energy live performances. She also developed and led a movement workshop for the Little Simz x Tate Late at Tate Modern and co-hosted an educational tour, speaking alongside Simz about the connection between movement, creativity and wellbeing.
