Echoes with BALM Sound
Bathe in immersive and soothing vibrations with this sound bath, which blends singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion.
Bringing an intergenerational approach to London’s wellness scene, mother and son duo BALM Sound blend the tones and timbres of singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion into a soothing soundscape to unwind both mind and body.
From sessions in their family home to the UK’s first sauna sound baths at Hackney Wick Community Sauna, their sessions are driven by the ethos that spaces for release and recovery should be friendly and accessible for all.
Lie back or sit down as Arlene and Shaun wrap you in a sonic blanket of calm. This is TLC worth experiencing.
