Darryl Gadzekpo & Ella Phillips: Plant to Plate

Green-fingered duo Darryl Gadzekpo and Ella Phillips show us how to grow mighty ingredients, then transform them into delicious, plant-powered feasts.

Two people smiling, Darryl (right) wears a black T-shirt and glasses and Ella (left) wears a blue sweater and patterned headscarf.

Join us for a fun event featuring a presentation, a planting demonstration and lots of inspiration to get kids growing and cooking for plant-powered eating.

In their fun and informative book, From Plant to Plate, the authors introduce 15 incredible plants you can grow yourself, offering all the tips you need to transform seeds into mighty fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Then they take us from the garden to the kitchen, with a wealth of tasty recipe ideas.
