Damahi is known for a musical style that blends a diverse range of genres, including Iranian folk music from the coastal regions of southern Iran, jazz, rock, reggae, flamenco, Afrobeat, Latin, funk, Indian music and more.

Formed in 2014, the band features a talented line-up of Dara Daraee on bass, Hamzeh Yeganeh on keyboards and Benjou, Ebrahim Alavi on guitar and oud, and Reza Koolaghani on vocals.

Majid Salari, a gifted singer, composer, and musician from Hormozgan, Iran, brings over a decade of experience in fusion music. He began his journey as a guest vocalist for Damahi and has since performed extensively, forming his own group and collaborating with various artists.

In this concert, he shares some of his original tunes as the opening act and joins Damahi onstage for a selection of tracks.
