Baluji Shrivastav & Re-Orient

The sitar player and his band present a kaleidoscope of Latin, Indian and jazz music, alongside rhythms of percussive footwork and graceful Indian dance.

Re-Orient are Baluji Shrivastav OBE (sitar, dilruba, gopi), Linda Shanovitch (vocals, percussion), Alex Hill (keyboards, vocals), Sukhdeep Dhanjal (tabla) and Rishi Gulati (saxophone).

The Purcell Room is located in the Queen Elizabeth Hall, which is open from 90 minutes before events start until they finish. It’s closed at all other times.
