A Morning with Dav Pilkey and DOG MAN
Get ready to howl with laughter as the creator of DOG MAN leads an event filled with favourite characters, sneak peeks and tonnes of inspiration.
Half dog, half man and all hero, DOG MAN is a global phenomenon. With Pilkey’s trademark humour and heart, the series brings kids and families everywhere stories about friendship, love, bravery, empathy and epic adventures.
BIG JIM BEGINS, the newest book in the series, is out in December 2024, and the first DOG MAN film hits UK cinemas in February 2025.
Dav Pilkey has been delighting kids and families with books that ignite their passion for reading. Don’t miss the chance to meet the award-winning author and illustrator in the UK for the first time in 10 years!
Need to know
Pre-signed copies of Dav Pilkey’s books are available to purchase in the Level 5 Function Room, Green Side, Royal Festival Hall, on the day of the event.
Those who have bought a book will have the opportunity to meet Dav Pilkey, receive a DOG MAN badge, and get a selfie with the DOG MAN costume character! All books are pre-signed and the author won’t be able to add dedications.
We ask that meetings are kept short so that as many children as possible can get their chance to speak to the author.
