The Moth Poetry Prize 2024

The Moth Poetry Prize 2024 is now open for submissions.
Participants are welcome to submit any amount of poems (each to be accompanied by entry fee). Poems must be previously unpublished and written in the English language. English translations of work originally written in another language are acceptable, as long as translator has permission, and author and translator agree to share prize money.
There are prizes of €6,000 (1st), €1,000 for three runner-ups, with eight commended poets each receiving €250. The four shortlisted poems will be published in the Irish Times online, with the overall winner announced in 2025.
