National Poetry Competition 2025

The National Poetry Competition is now open for submissions. Submissions are open to poets worldwide aged 18 and over.
There are three cash prizes of £5,000 (1st), £3,000 (2nd) and £2,000 (3rd) plus cash prizes of £500 for commended poets.
