The Royal Festival Hall is closed to the public on Tuesday 16 June. It will reopen for Harry Styles & Jules Buckley Orchestra ticket holders only at 5pm.
William Pye
Born in London in 1938, William Pye studied at Wimbledon School of Art (1958-61) and the Royal College of Art (1961-65).
He started his career as a sculptor working mainly in stainless steel and cast bronze, however since the 1980s water has become an integral element of most of his work.
He is inspired by the extraordinary qualities of water and fascinated by the natural laws of hydrostatics and how these can be manipulated. His work is found in public places, private gardens and with corporate clients internationally.
